TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read before commissioning me.
Payment•Payment will be in USD and sent through Paypal.
•Payment will be paid upfront before I start the commission. Please discuss with me if you decide do another method.
•I will give the client the final price to make sure they know
•After payment is received I will begin commission and send the progress sketch for approval.
•If money is charge back I will stop the commission and blacklist you from future commissions.
•Large changes made after sketch has been approved will be an extra cost.
•I will be allowed to share the finished commissions on my socials and my portfolio. There will be an extra cost if you want the commission to remain private.Refund Policy•Refunds will not be given once artwork has been started.
•If the commission has not been started and either I or the client cancels, a refund to the client will be provided.
•If partway through the commission and I, the artist, am unable to finish, I will cancel the commission and refund the full payment. No explanation is necessary.Copyright•Commission work is for personal use only. Selling the artwork on things like printed merchandise, or promotional material must be discussed with me and will make a change in price.
•NO NFTs
•As the artist, I have copyright over the artwork made. Clients may not claim it to be of their creation (that they drew it) and can only be for personal use.
•Clients can only claim the ownership of the character if they are their original character(OC).
•Clients can repost the artwork online ONLY IF they credit me (via a link or @ to my social media or link to my carrd site)
